Can I still register through the mail?

Yes.  You can download and print our 2008 Registration Form and mail it with you $50 deposit or full payment to:

What is new about Online Registration this year?
  1. You can buy pictures & videos online.  This is a feature we've been asking for, for a long time now.  The charge won't show immediately, but will appear on the confirmation email you receive once the registration is processed in our office.
  2. The look and feel should prove easier to navigate.  We've put a lot of effort into making it easier to select the appropriate camp session for your child as well as making it clear as to what must be completed for each step before you move to the next step.

Is There Additional Paperwork and/or Will I Receive Printed Confirmation Packets?
  1. No. It is completely paperless!  All of the paperwork is completed online.  Also, you will not be receiving hard-copy confirmation or information forms from us via mail.  It will be your responsibility to download and print all informational documents at the end of your registration.  These are put together in packets - one for each program (TruthQuest, The Core, Wilderness, Summit, & PATHWay).  Also, we will email you your official confirmation.
    Being paperless saves the camp and the campers money.
  2. You will be digitally signing the Medical and Liability Release FormThis is the exact same form and release statement as our paper registration, but instead of signing your name you will check "I Agree" and this serves as a legally binding signature.
  3. If you really, really have to have a hard copy, send us an email or give us a call and we'll mail it out to you.

Is there anything different about Online Registration for the two Day Camps?
  • Yes. First of all the highest price for day camp is less than the minimum payment amount allowed. Unfortunately we can not set this about to be different for Day Camp & Kid's Night. You need to go ahead and enter $50. Since your card is not charged until we 'download' the registration we will change the amount before we charge your card.
  • Also if your child is entering Kindergarten, for 'Grade Entering' you need to enter 0.

Will I receive reminders about my balance and how do I make payments towards my balance?
  • Your email confirmation will serve as your reminder.  If you make any payments towards your balance you will receive a new email confirmation.  Any balance unpaid at the beginning of camp will be due upon arrival and will disqualify you for Express Check-in.
  • For payments using the same credit card, simply email info@campacc.com with the Registration ID listed in the confirmation and the amount you wish to pay.  Your card will be charged that amount.  To use a different card you will need to call the camp office at 423-743-3910, or to make a payment by check simply mail it in to the camp office - make sure you not the Registration ID on the check.

Why do I have to register here if I'm already a registered member of www.campacc.com?
  • Our online registration is hosted by a separate company from our website, so unfortunately you have to register in both places. We appreciate your understanding

What CAN I do through Online Registration?
  • Setup an account for your family’s 'Household' once and login using this account in the future without having to give repeated information.
  • Enter all session registration information.
  • Complete and digitally sign the Medical & Liability Release Form
  • Pay a $50 deposit or pay the full tuition.
  • Deposit money into your child’s canteen account.
  • Purchase a photo or highlight video.
  • Download all paperwork for your registration.

What CAN'T I do through Online Registration, but can do through mail or upon arrival at camp?
  • Verify how much the camper’s church will be paying of the camper’s tuition (see below).

How do I know if I successfully registered my child?

You will receive two emails.  The first simply tells you that we have received your online registration, but it has not been processed and is not the official confirmation of the registration into camp.

When we receive an online registration there is a short process our office must go through to complete the registration.  One this is finished you will receive the second email, which is the official confirmation of your registration.

If you have a balance due, this will be shown in the Confirmation Email. You will save yourself much time and headache by completing paying your balance at least two weeks before the start of the camp - See the following section regarding Express Check-in:


What forms of payment do you take, and is the payment processed automatically?
  • We take Visa and Master Card.
  • Your payments are not processed automatically. They are downloaded along with the registration data. Once we confirm that there is room for you child, we will process your card.
  • The downloading and processing of you payment information is done securely.

What is 'Express Check-in' and how does it work?

Please remember to qualify for Express Check-in you must satisfy the following requirements 2 weeks prior to the start of camp:

  • Tuition must be paid in full:
  • We must have your family’s portion of the payment in full.
  • We must have verification in writing from your church for their portion (see below).
  • All Camp ACC scholarships must be approved.
  • All forms must completed be signed and received by the camp office.

When you qualify for Express Check-in, you will receive an Express Check-in form, which you will need to bring with you to camp. This form verifies that you do indeed qualify and gives instructions on how to best take advantage of Express Check-in.


What if my church is paying a portion of the tuition?
  1. Check the box beside 'My Church is paying a portion of the tuition'
  2. At the end of the online registration process you will be taken to the Download Forms page where you need to download a packet of information specific to the program for which you just registered.  One page in this packet is a form that must be completed by a church official and mailed in to our office.
