Sallie Biles is currently employed by Borderview Christian Church in Johnson City serving as the student director. She has a Masters of Divinity degree from Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan. Sallie has served in many different capacities at Camp ACC. She has been on the support staff and has been a volunteer counselor for numerous years. Sallie has also led numerous pathway sessions. She is excited to serve the variety of individuals that God will send to the ministry of Camp ACC. In her spare time she likes photography and loves to travel.

Megan Chadwick grew up attending camps at Camp ACC. Megan has been a volunteer counselor with Bob Baron's Junior camp for over 20 years and has served as a Pee Wee counselor for several years as well. In 2021, Megan served as the Interim Youth Director at West Hills Christian Church. Megan is a dental hygienist and she currently lives and worships in Knoxville, TN.

Charity Damrau is the Children's Minister at First Christian Church in Greenville, TN and has been married to her husband Matthew since 1997. They have five amazing kids: Zeb, Adelaide, Beatrice, Abigail, and Ezra.

No matter what else I was into during the summer, I always set aside a week to be a camper and another to be a counselor, and my time at camp still heavily influences my walk with Christ today. ACC is a sacred place where God inspires, convicts, and challenges us - campers, counselors, and staff alike."

Nikki Rainey grew up in Erwin,TN and was involved in camp as a camper, and later as a counselor with her father and grandfather. Nikki met her Husband, James, at Milligan College. They have 2 children in elementary school, plus a bernedoodle! "I am so excited to return to Camp ACC as a Program Director! Through the equipping of the Holy Spirit, I have a passion of making scripture come alive to children. Teaching them that it is still relevant for any questions they face today. Knowing that each child learns differently- expect your child to grow in their spiritual walk and have a kooky time doing it. Our family can’t wait to meet you!"

Heather Logan has served at ACC for over 20 years as a counselor and stepped in as a Program Director in 2005. Heather and her husband David and their ever growing family of 6 adult children, 2 son in laws(soon to be 3), 1 daughter in law, and 4 grandchildren have invested many summers serving at Camp along side each other in various roles as counselors, program directors, and summer staff.

Heather serves as Children's Minister at Crossroads Christian Church in Gray, TN.

Amber Hockman and Randi Nussbaum have served as counselors for Junior 3 with Bob Barron for several years and Amber has served as a Base Camp Program Director since 2018. They started serving as the combined Program Director for Junior 3 in 2022, and we are excited to see them carry forward what has been so powerful and special about this camp session. Amber is the Children's Minister at Woodlawn Christian Church and Randi is the Children's Minister of Farragut Christian Church.
